Management Policy Statement of ENERTRAG Betrieb GmbH on Independence, Impartiality and Integrity

• ENERTRAG Betrieb GmbH provides its services as an inspection body of ENERTRAG to all interested parties on an equal basis.
• We are a manufacturer-independent service provider for the monitoring and inspection of EEG generation units.
• We are neither designer, manufacturer, supplier, installer, buyer, owner or user of the serviced units, nor do we perform maintenance on the serviced units.
• We service EEG generation units owned by the customer.
• On behalf of our customers, we provide quality assurance, assistance with repairs, and the proper, safe, and expedient operation of wind turbines and other technical equipment, without assuming actual ownership ourselves. None of our inspectors engages in activities that may influence the independence of their judgment and integrity during inspections.

To guarantee this to our customers, we submit ourselves to the control of the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS), the national accreditation body of the Federal Republic of Germany.
The professional competence of our inspection and monitoring services was confirmed with the accreditation as an inspection body according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17020 of type C.
This proof of competence demonstrates the independent and impartial quality of our inspections.
